Job Description:
- Prepare, bake, and assemble a variety of tartes with consistent quality, balanced flavours, and visual appeal.
- Collaborate with the pastry team to develop and test new and seasonal tart recipes.
- Manage mise en place, inventory, and daily tart production to meet demand efficiently.
- Decorate tartes with fresh fruits, glazes, creams, and garnishes to uphold presentation standards.
- Maintain strict food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety throughout production.
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in pastry production or a similar role
- Able to stand for extended periods during shifts
- Able to commit to scheduled working hours, including weekends or holidays as needed
