1. Position Overview:

As a Part-Time Cold Caller, you will be responsible for initiating phone calls to potential clients, introducing our security services, and identifying their needs. Your goal will be to set appointments for our sales team and contribute to lead generation.

1. Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to a targeted list of potential clients in various industries.
2. Introduce and explain our security services in a clear and engaging manner.
3. Qualify leads by asking relevant questions and assessing the needs of potential clients.
4. Document call interactions and update lead information.
5. Schedule appointments for the sales team based on qualifying conversations.
6. Follow up with leads as necessary to nurture relationships and maintain engagement.
7. Meet daily and weekly call and appointment-setting targets.

1. Qualifications:

1. GCE N or O Levels
2. Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or cold calling is preferred, but not required.
3. Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade.
4. Strong listening skills and the ability to ask relevant questions.
5. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
6. Positive attitude and a resilient approach to rejection.

1. Working Hours:

1. Mondays to Fridays
2. Minimum of 4 hours per day; flexibility in scheduling available

1. Compensation:

1. $15 Per Hour
2. $25 Per Appointment Fixed
