Job Responsibilities

Recruit Express Pte Ltd (Healthcare & Lifesciences Division)
- Raise Event Purchase Requests (EPR) for various projects
- Handle inventory and execute Goods Issue (GI) transactions for stock and premiums via SAP/D365
- Monitor stock shipment schedules and liaise with vendors to resolve delivery delays
- Review vendor invoices and route them for approval through DocuSign
- Conduct internal stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy
- Manage issuance of stocks through SalesForce for deployment
- Carry and lift equipment as required for operational needs
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor
- Min GCE N/O or ‘A’ Levels / Diploma and above
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- No experience needed, full training will be provided
- Able to start work immediately
