Our Training & Simulation Systems business has close to 40 years of experience in delivering innovative learning, training, and simulation solutions to customers in the defence, public safety and security, and enterprise domains. The incumbent will take on an active role in on-site operation and service system support to the customer which consists of local and oversea support.
Be Part of Our Success- To provide on-site operation and technical front-line support to User (e.g. System setup/tear-down, daily manning and monitoring, operating of system, support and facilitation to User).
- To ensure high level of system serviceability, plan and manage for system and building infrastructure maintenance, schedule task according to manufacturer maintenance manual and relevant instructions / procedure / policy.
- To liaise with User for daily operation requirement, Point of Contact (POC) for oversea detachment logistic planning & requirement and contractors for task to be completed.
- Provide system setup/tear-down and system checks to ensure system operation readiness. To perform troubleshooting and rectification when necessary and maintain and update all records and documentation.
- To monitor system closely and perform first-line of troubleshooting when required.
- Keep logs of activities and report any issues to the required Point of Contact (POC).
- Follow security and safety policies/protocols while operating in a military environment.
- Knowledge in Aerospace / Electronic / Electrical or relevant engineering.
- Experience in operation support and possess troubleshooting skill.
- Is independent, well-organized, pro-active, excellent working attitude and has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team player.
- Able to work in Airbase environment. Relevant working experience will be an advantage.
- Able to travel overseas for User and System support.
- Physically fit and comfortable with lifting and moving equipment.
- Open to shift rotation (730am to 5pm / 1230pm to 10pm)
