Service Technician / Assistant Engineer / Sales Engineer (Entry Level) - Toa Payoh

• Engineering: Mechanical/Electrical/Construction/Marine/Automation

Key Responsibilities:

Depending on the role, your responsibilities may include:

Assistant Engineer / Project Engineer:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects
• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors/clients to ensure project requirements are met
• Prepare and update engineering drawings, reports, and documentation
• Support site work, testing, and commissioning activities
• Monitor progress and provide updates to the project team

Service Technician:

• Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment
• Attend to service calls and provide technical support to clients
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Prepare service reports and documentation
• Work closely with the engineering team to improve service quality

Sales Engineer:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and client engagement.
• Provide pre-sales technical support and product presentations to customers.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales leads.
• Work closely with the engineering and project teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines
• Entry-level is welcome to apply as training will be provided
• Basic knowledge of engineering drawings, electrical/mechanical systems
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel or work at project sites (as required for the role)
• A team player with a proactive and positive attitude
