Full-Time Kitchen Assistant / Chef De Partie

(5 day work week, 44hrs shift per week)

Responsibilities:

• Assist chefs with food preparation including cutting vegetables, meat, and seafood.
• Prepare ingredients and maintain prep areas according to established recipes and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
• Ensure proper storage of food items and supplies.
• Assist in receiving and storing deliveries.
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the chef or kitchen supervisor.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment.
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Food hygiene certificate preferred
