Learning Designer (Development of Course Materials & Digital Learning Resources)

This position will start off as 10 months contract.

Location: National Institute of Education, at Jurong West

Duties:

• Drive the development of course-related materials, learning resources and project documentation in collaboration with project co-leads and team members.
• Review, organise and update course-related materials to ensure quality, consistency and readiness for implementation.
• Develop, format and quality-assure learning and assessment materials to ensure clarity, consistency and alignment.
• Develop and refine digital learning materials and simple multimedia resources where required.
• Coordinate meetings, document key discussions, track follow-up actions, and maintain project records and version control.
• Carry out data collation, basic analysis and administrative tracking to support project planning and reporting.
• Work within Blackboard UCV from a staff-user perspective to upload, organise, check and maintain course content and related resources.
• Undertake other general administrative tasks as and when required.

Working Hour:

Mon to Thu: 8.30am to 5.45pm, Fri: 8.30am to 5.15pm

Salary:

$5500
