About the role

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements to delight our customers in the vibrant retail shop. As a Florist, you will play a key part in bringing our company's passion for flowers and exceptional customer service to life.
What you'll be doing- Designing and crafting beautiful, high-quality floral arrangements and bouquets to exacting standards
- Ensuring all floral displays and products are well-maintained and presented to the highest standard
- Providing exceptional customer service, offering product recommendations and expert advice
- Restocking and organising the store's flower inventory
- Collaborating with the team to support daily store operations and achieving sales targets
- No experience as a Florist welcome, with a strong creative flair and an eye for design
- Excellent floristry skills and the ability to create stunning floral arrangements
- A passion for flowers and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- Strong organisation and time management skills to work efficiently under pressure
- A team player attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with the wider store team
