Job Title: Marketing Executive (Digital & Performance Marketing)
Key Responsibilities- Digital Campaign Execution
- Execute and manage campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads (where applicable)
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise based on key metrics (CPL, CTR, conversions)
- Support A/B testing on creatives, copy, and targeting
- Search Marketing (SEO & SEM)
- Support keyword research and basic SEO optimisation
- Assist in updating website content, landing pages, and blog articles
- Support paid search campaign execution and optimisation
- Content & Marketing Support
- Assist in creating and updating:
- Social media content
- Email campaigns (EDMs)
- Landing pages
- Ensure content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with programme messaging
- Lead Generation & Coordination
- Support lead generation campaigns and track performance
- Work with the Sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up
- Assist in improving campaign effectiveness based on feedback
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance using tools such as:
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- Prepare basic performance reports and highlight key insights
- Market Awareness (Optional)
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and changes in search behaviour
- Maintain general awareness of emerging areas such as AI-driven search (e.g., ChatGPT), though not required for execution
- Cost per lead (CPL)
- Lead volume
- Campaign performance (CTR, conversions)
- Timeliness and accuracy of campaign execution
- Basic SEO improvements (traffic, keyword ranking)
Requirements
Education & Experience- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with digital ads platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign performance
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong execution and time management skills
