Sales Admin & Customer Support Coordinator | Office Hour, SG Islandwide

Summary Benefits:

• Basic Salary: $2,200 to $3,200

Job Responsibility:

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including order processing and documentation
• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional manner
• Coordinate between sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales-related reports as required
• Maintain and update customer records and internal databases accurately
• Follow up with customers on orders, delivery status, and service matters
• Support general office administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma in any field
• Prior experience in customer service, sales admin, or coordination roles is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable handling customer enquiries and coordinating with different teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
