Our client is a Tier-1 company in the global gaming and entertainment industry.
Job Purpose
Support and grow IP licensing partnerships for gaming titles through strategic collaborations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and build a database of potential IP licensing partners and resources.
- Develop and manage client relationships for IP licensing and collaboration.
- Track and report on partnership performance with data-driven insights and improvements.
- Maintain and grow partner relationships to drive ongoing licensing opportunities.
- Negotiate and close collaborations between game IPs and external partners.
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years in IP, licensing, or business development with a passion for gaming.
- Strong research and analysis skills to identify and assess market trends.
- Knowledge of local laws, content compliance, and partnership regulations.
- Ability to track competitor activity and provide timely updates and insights.
- Experience with IP products or merchandise (e.g., anime, collectibles) is a bonus.
The successful IP Licensing Business Development professional must possess strong business development skills, a passion for gaming, and the ability to build and grow strategic partnerships.
