about the job.- Execute independent risk assessments and manage credit governance frameworks to safeguard the bank's lending portfolio.
- Manage the complete credit evaluation and verification cycle for lending facilities to maintain portfolio quality.
- Oversee asset performance and ensure full alignment with regulatory mandates and internal risk policies.
- Provide strategic mentorship and guidance to upgrading the capabilities of junior risk analysts and underwriting staff.
- Collaborate closely with regional headquarters and branch leadership on targeted risk initiatives and localized special projects.
- Offer balanced and objective risk insights to various business units to facilitate sustainable commercial growth.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in lending evaluation, portfolio oversight, or corporate risk functions.
- Strong knowledge in structural financial modeling, underwriting frameworks, risk governance, and current banking regulations.
- Advanced capability in dissecting corporate financial reports and complex credit data to form objective risk decisions.
- Professional business proficiency in written and spoken Chinese to collaborate with colleagues in Head Office.
