Job Description UOB's AI Data Analytics (AIDA) Centre of Excellence Programme is designed to build our next generation of AI & Data specialists and ensure they remain relevant and competitive in the banking sector.
This programme allows the most outstanding individuals the opportunity to pursue a career in one of the top emerging fields today. Applicants will undergo rigorous assessments and interviews prior to selection, with selections being based on job and business fit.
Build your foundation and deepen your specialization through a 24-month structured training programme. Study at one of the world's best universities, solve challenging real-world problems and be mentored by seasoned AI practitioners with specific opportunities for exposure, experience and participation.
This programme consists of: Structured learning courses with NUS to develop fundamental data & AI skills such as statistical, best practices and more On-The-Job training with real world projects and in-depth exposure to business acumens Mentorship with experience and seasoned AI & Data practitioners Recruitment Process: Application > Assessment > Career Forum > Interviews > Selection Applicants who have successfully passed the assessments will be invited to join us at the Career Forum to network with hiring managers and select a few preferred home divisions.
Interviews will then be conducted in tandem with hiring managers from selected home divisions and final selection is up to hiring manager's discretion.
