Job Summary

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day administrative operations. This role will focus on ensuring accurate record-keeping, smooth coordination of HR processes, and timely completion of assigned tasks, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle work pass administration, including applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with MOM regulations.
  • Maintain and update personnel files (P-files) and HR records.
  • Assist in arranging interviews, coordinating schedules, and liaising with candidates.
  • Manage job postings across various recruitment platforms.
  • Perform data entry and maintain HR databases accurately.
  • Draft letters of appointment and other HR-related documents.
  • Support training administration, including scheduling, attendance tracking, and training record updates.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and documents as required.
  • Undertake any ad hoc HR tasks assigned by the superior.
Requirements
  • GCE 'O' Level / Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Preferably with prior HR administrative experience.
  • Familiarity with Singapore employment regulations will be an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
