• Role Overview

We’re seeking a sharp, proactive Procurement & Demand Planning Specialist to optimize our supply chain and support our explosive growth. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring product availability, managing supplier relationships, and forecasting demand across multiple SKUs and markets.

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business growth and inventory targets
• Forecast demand across product lines using historical data, market trends, and campaign calendars
• Manage supplier negotiations, contracts, and performance metrics
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stockouts or overstock
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance to align supply with promotional cycles
• Implement systems and SOPs to improve procurement efficiency and demand accuracy
• Track and report key KPIs (e.g., forecast accuracy, lead times, cost savings)
• Requirements
• 3–5 years’ experience in procurement, demand planning, or supply chain roles (DTC or FMCG preferred)
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and forecasting tools
• Proven ability to manage multiple SKUs and suppliers across geographies
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in a high-growth or startup environment is a plus
• Passion for wellness, nutrition, or consumer health products is a bonus
