We’re looking for an experienced and driven Senior Engineer to join our dynamic team in Singapore — someone who’s not just technically strong, but excited about applying emerging technologies to real-world building issues.

About Us

Now, we're entering an exciting new chapter — integrating drones, non-destructive testing (NDT), and AI-powered defect classification into our workflows to deliver faster, smarter, and more precise solutions for our clients.

• Lead and manage repair and inspection projects across residential, commercial, and institutional buildings
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver quality outcomes
• Work with our diagnostic and drone teams to apply tech-enabled tools for inspections and reporting
• Provide technical guidance and mentor junior engineers
• Contribute ideas for improving workflows, quality control, and client communication

• 8–12 years of experience in engineering consultancy, building inspection, or project management
• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, or equivalent
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with inspection tools (e.g., IRT camera, moisture meter, drones) is a plus
• Interest in digitalisation and AI tools for reporting, diagnostics, or site documentation
