Senior Executive / Executive, HR (People & Culture)

Essential Functions

Employee Life Cycle Management
  1. Manage employee life cycle activities including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, contract renewals and internal movements
  2. Work with government bodies such as MOM, AIC & SNB on work pass and practising license matters
  3. Assist in organising new hire and corporate orientation
Compensation & Benefits
  1. Responsible in monthly payroll processing and income tax reporting; ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursements and statutory compliance
  2. Administer employee benefits such as leave, claim and group insurance policies
  3. Assist in the preparation of annual bonuses and increment exercises
  4. Support Performance Management Exercise
Learning & Development
  1. Liaise with key internal and external training providers on training programs to ensure mandatory training of staff are maintained
  2. Updating of Training & Development Training Records
  3. Submission of training grants when necessary
HR Operational Support
  1. Responsible for updating HRIS records
  2. Responsible for updating, keeping track of uniform and access card inventory
  3. Assist in coordinating employee celebrations, team activities and engagement events
  4. Provide secretarial support for management meetings, including minute-taking
  5. Provide HR support and advice to operation teams in accordance with regulation and company policies
  6. Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements
  1. Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  2. Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience
  3. Good understanding of local employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  4. Experience with recruitment and payroll (Infotech HRMS)
  5. Experience in the Healthcare Industry will be highly regarded
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve HR-related issues
