About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented individual to support the Department of Women’s Development. This role offers exposure to research, policy, and project coordination aimed at advancing gender equality and women’s development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with departmental projects, including desktop research, policy analysis, and event planning and execution
Maintain and update the department’s information repository and website, and monitor media coverage
Prepare briefs and support submissions to international platforms, including coordinating inputs from stakeholders
Support engagement with corporate partners, NGOs, and government agencies to promote initiatives
Provide administrative and budgeting support, as well as other ad hoc tasks

What We’re Looking For

Degree in Humanities, Social Sciences, Psychology, or related fields
Strong written & communication skills
Experience in desktop research and policy analysis
Interest in women’s development, gender equality, and social policy
Content creation and digital media experience is a plus
