We have a mission to support public officials across Asia Pacific, helping them to innovate with technology and new approaches. We have partnered with some of the world’s most innovative companies including Amazon; Adobe; Huawei; Grab; Visa; Softbank and many more.

We run curated online and in-person events to enable the exchange of ideas, learnings, and best practices between government agencies across the region. We also look towards the private sector for cutting edge technology and new ideas.

This internship is great for university graduates or individuals seeking experience in the events sector or anyone interested in event marketing. As an intern, you’ll play a crucial role in delegate and visitor attendance, running marketing campaigns, forming partnerships, managing social media, and providing excellent customer service.

As a Marketing Intern, we invest in your learning and development as you support the Marketing Managers in:

• Coordinate and execute marketing deliverables with media and association partners
• Update of the event details on website
• Craft engaging copy for marketing email campaigns and the website
• Build data of curated target audiences for marketing promotions
• Create branding and marketing collaterals to attract a diverse audience
• Set up and manage the networking platform/event app, handling inquiries before and during the event
• Manage attendee registrations
• Assist with pre-event and post-event marketing activities, including email campaigns, social media promotion, and attendee follow-up

The ideal candidate for this internship is someone who:

• Has an interest in event marketing, digital marketing, and design
• Demonstrates familiarity with email marketing and social media platforms
• Possesses strong time management and organisational skills
• Exhibits an enthusiastic and proactive attitude
• Is proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel & Canva and is willing to learn other tools
• Has clear and confident communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
