Assistant Finance Manager [Ups to $7000]

Job Scope:

• Financial Reporting: Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in line with SFRS, including group consolidation multiple entities and management reports.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budget and rolling forecasts, track performance, analyse variances and recommend cost‑control actions.
• Tax & Compliance: Manage GST, corporate tax and transfer‑pricing matters; coordinate audits and statutory filings; stay current with Singapore regulations.
• Cash & Treasury: Safeguard liquidity, optimise working capital, handle bank relationships and oversee loans, trade finance and other credit facilities.
• Risk & Controls: Establish strong internal controls, review contracts (NDAs, project and finance agreements) and drive risk‑mitigation and governance practices.
• Process Improvement: Streamline finance workflows, maximise ERP system usage and provide data‑driven insights to operations.
• Strategic Partnering: Advise leadership on investments, M&A and cost‑saving initiatives; align financial strategies with overall business goals.

Finance Executive [Ups to $4200]

Job Scope:

• Preparing accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.
• Managing daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing.
• Maintaining strong internal controls and ensuring compliance with internal financial procedures and policies.
• Handling tax computations and submitting GST returns in line with statutory regulations.
• Supporting external and internal audits, including the preparation of necessary documentation and responses.
• Working with cross-functional teams to support new business initiatives and provide finance-related advice.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing efficiencies within the finance function.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or ACMA.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, with the ability to handle a full set of accounts.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, corporate tax, and GST.
• Relevant experience and strong proficiency in group consolidation of entities, as it is a key requirement for the Assistant Finance Manager role.
