There is now an opportunity for a strategic and commercially minded HR leader to join the firm in a high-impact organisation and workforce strategy role.
Responsibilities
Partnering closely with senior business and functional leaders, you will drive enterprise-wide initiatives across organisation and people transformation, workforce strategy and capability development. The role will focus on shaping workforce and talent strategies aligned to business priorities, while leading programmes that enhance organisational effectiveness, leadership capability and future workforce readiness.
Requirements
You are degree qualified with experience gained in human capital advisory or talent consulting roles in leading consulting firms, with strong expertise in organisational development, workforce strategy and culture building. Financial services experience is highly preferred.You possess strong commercial acumen, analytical, design and implementation capabilities, alongside a proven track record leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives within complex environments.
