Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as a Management Trainee . You will play a key role in delivering excellent dining experiences through attentive service, efficient operations, and maintaining hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up cutlery, crockery, and glassware on tables; clear and replace soiled tableware to prepare for the next guests.
Serve food and beverages accurately according to order tickets and assigned tables.
Operate the Point of Sales (POS) system for processing beverage and food orders.
Provide attentive, friendly, and go-the-extra-mile service to enhance the overall customer experience.
Ensure hygiene, safety, and cleanliness are maintained at all times by following company standards.
Assist in the opening, daily operations, and closing duties based on the staff roster.
Suggest and support continuous improvement activities within the assigned work area.

Requirements:

No prior experience required – training will be provided.
Willing to work 5.5 days per week, including weekends and Public Holidays.
Positive attitude, good team spirit, and a willingness to learn
