Oversee daily salon operations
Interview, hire and train salon staff in procedure, policy and health regulations

Requirement

10 years of hairstylist's experience is required.
5 years for managerial position’s experience in Hair salon
Proven skills of hair cutting
Experience that acquired new customers and built the relationship with them in Hair salon
Deep knowledge of latest hair styling
Strong understanding of hairstyle trends and hair salon business.
Working in Japanese hair salon is preferable
Good command of Japanese enough to directly communicate with Japanese customers in Singapore
