Job Description Define Ops requirements (SLA, exception handling, reconciliation needs, cut-off logic, operational controls) Validate that the system design supports BAU operations Design the future-state Ops processes Prepare Ops for go-live (SOPs, playbooks, readiness) Handle operational risk, regulatory compliance and service continuity implications Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field Minimum 10 years in banking operations Proven experience in remittance operations (local & cross-border) Strong knowledge of remittance systems and payment platforms Familiarity with SWIFT, CBPR+, MEPS+ and cross-border payment rails Regulatory Knowledge Familiarity with MAS guidelines, AML/KYC, and operational risk frameworks Additional Requirements Be a Part of the UOB Family UOB is an equal opportunity employer.
