This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys taking campaigns from strategy to optimization.
Your new role- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive new customer growth and increase platform engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance, optimize for ROI, and ensure initiatives meet business objectives.
- Manage campaign workflows across digital, CRM, social, and partnership channels, ensuring smooth implementation.
- Collaborate closely with product, analytics, creative, and compliance teams to ensure brand alignment and regulatory accuracy.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in campaign management, ideally in fintech, e‑commerce, or digital‑first industries.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to optimize campaigns.
- Familiarity with multi‑channel marketing tools (e.g., CRM, automation, paid media).
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- High‑growth exposure in a leading and fast-growing fintech environment.
- Full campaign ownership with the ability to directly influence user growth and product adoption.
- Collaboration with cross‑functional specialists in product, data, creative, and compliance.
