Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative tasks and data entry
- Support scheduling and coordination for classes and instructors
- Manage customer enquiries via email, phone, and WhatsApp
- Assist in maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements:
- Minimum Higher NITEC or equivalent
- Good spoken and written communication skills in both English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients)
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office / Google Workspace tools
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work well with others
- Prior admin experience is a plus but not compulsory
- Salary:
- $1,800 – $2,200 (Negotiable based on experience)
