Personal Driver

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dependable and professional Personal Driver to provide chauffeuring support to Senior Management and the Executive Office, including family members and VIP guests.

The ideal candidate is experienced, safety-conscious, and familiar with Singapore roads, with a strong sense of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe and timely chauffeuring services for Senior Management and the Executive Office, including family members and VIP guests.
• Plan routes efficiently and adjust to traffic conditions when required.
• Run errands and provide general support as assigned.
• Always maintain cleanliness and overall condition of the assigned vehicle (including daily washing).
• Ensure proper maintenance of the vehicle, including servicing, refueling, and cash card top-ups.
• Keep accurate records of receipts and expenses.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers as the priority.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree is an added advantage
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a driver
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record and safe driving practices
• Good knowledge of Singapore roads and traffic regulations
• Good in using navigation applications effectively
• Reliable, punctual, independent and responsible
• Able to work overtime on short notice, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays when required
• Willing to be on standby at all times
• Able to travel at short notice, including possible trips to Malaysia

Working Hours:

Split Shift (Monday to Sunday):

• 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM
• 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
• 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Rest Day: 1 day per week (based on roster)

Additional Information:

• Company vehicle will be provided and must be parked at the designated location at the end of working hours
