This role is ideal for individuals who are keen to intellectually evolve in the inner workings of a Private Banking & Wealth Management Family Office dealing in Ultra High Networth Individuals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Managing Director
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and global travel arrangements
- Handle confidential business and personal matters with discretion
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders across finance, legal, and operations
- Assist in the execution of investment and business initiatives
- Research, prepare, and summarize information to support decision-making
- A driven and trustworthy professional with 3–5 years of experience in executive support
- A strong communicator with excellent organization and multitasking skills
- Curious, reliable, and eager to learn from a hands-on executive environment
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools
- Background in finance, law, consulting, or private client services is a plus
