Key Duties: Billing & Invoicing- Prepare and process invoices and shipping documentation for overseas customers
- Coordinate, monitor, and follow up with shippers, consignees, and freight forwarders
- Verify shipment details for accuracy upon receipt
- Liaise with headquarters, affiliated companies, and distributors
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and warehouse vendors on inbound and outbound shipments
- Arrange and manage transportation between warehouse and site installation teams
- Maintain accurate records of warehouse inventory, storage, and movement
Requirements:
- Min 1 year of experience
- Experience coordinating with vendor warehouses and freight forwarders
- Possess a valid forklift license
