Team Assistant (Admin Executive)

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative activities for the Instrument Calibration Division, including document preparation, raise PR, arrange logistical support and report generation.
- Coordinate various stakeholders to support team non-technical operations effectively.
- Maintain records and assist with procurement processes to ensure timely process of calibration & repair jobs.
- Facilitate communication within the division and with external vendors, maintaining professional and courteous interactions at all times.
- Support compliance with company policies and quality standards, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency within the division.
- Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role, preferably within a technical or engineering environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and approachable demeanour.
- Proficiency in standard office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word,Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with record-keeping systems.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Awareness of quality management systems and basic understanding of calibration processes is advantageous but not mandatory.
