Job Description- Daily Accounting Operations
- Handle full set of accounts or partial accounts (AP/AR/GL)
- Record invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Process supplier invoices and staff claims
- Prepare payment schedules and execute payments
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Issue invoices and credit notes
- Track online orders from customers and tally online documents with payment to the company
- Bank & Balance Sheet Reconciliation
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate discrepancies
- Month-End & Year-End Closing
- Assist in monthly closing activities
- Prepare notes for management account
- Support year-end financial closing
- Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare basic financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet) by Quickbook
- Assist in analyze the inventory management
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Compliance & Tax
- Prepare with GST submissions
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- System & Process Improvement
- Maintain accuracy in accounting systems QuickBooks
- Assist in improving accounting processes and controls
