As a ServiceNow Consultant, you'll play a critical role in leveraging the ServiceNow platform to help organizations enhance visibility, improve efficiency, and modernize their IT services. Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on ITOM best practices.
Customize and configure ServiceNow applications to align with business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze technical and functional requirements. Build and maintain workflows, forms, scripts, UI components, and reports in ServiceNow.
Assist in configuring modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and CSM to support core service management processes. Support data migration efforts and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT). Develop dashboards and reports to visualize platform data and monitor KPIs.
Assist senior consultants in preparing technical documentation and solutions architecture. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 5 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, with at least 2-3 years focused on ITOM modules.
Strong understanding of Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management. Experience in configuring core ServiceNow components (business rules, client scripts, UI actions, workflows, etc.). ands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems is an advantage.
