Execution Trader - Geylang

The Opportunity:

• Permanent and full-time role
• Work hours/days: Mon-Fri, 9am - 6pm
• Work location: Central

Adecco is partnering with an Asset/Fund management firm, and we are currently looking for a junior Execution Trader to join their business.

The Job:

• Execute equity trades with precision and speed in support of the firm's investment mandates
• Monitor market developments and maintain clear documentation and reporting of trades
• Foster effective relationships with internal trading teams, brokers, and external counterparties
• Ensure full adherence to regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards
• Work closely with the broader investment team to continuously enhance trading outcomes
• Demonstrate strong collaboration and communication in a team-oriented environment

The Talent:

• 1-3 years of experience in equities trading or a similar front-office role within financial service
• Solid understanding of equity markets, execution methods, and trading workflows
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills to work across teams and with external parties
• Comfortable with trading platforms, OMS tools, financial data terminals, and Excel
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure settings and can prioritize tasks with agility
• Holds a degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
