About the role
Join Intergateway Freight Pte. Ltd., a leading freight forwarding company, as an Indoor Sales Support. In this full-time role based in the Tampines East Region, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales team and contributing to the overall success of the business.
What you'll be doing- Handle inbound sales inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Assist the sales team in checking cost, preparing quotations for prospective clients and manage overseas agents
- Conduct market research and gather intelligence to identify new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sales activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Provide administrative support to the sales department as needed
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address customer needs
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritise tasks effectively
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
