Assignment Officer (Changi, Shiftwork, Aviation)

Job Description:

• Assign crew for water and lavatory servicing for arriving/departing flights and closely monitor if the crew had carried out the required servicing
• Assign GS crew for ground equipment support for aircraft when there is a request.
• Monitor flight changes, call backs, text messages, radio communications and telephone calls for services and inform the operators accordingly;
• Update all ground equipment status and report all defective equipment to supervisor
• Assist duty Supervisor to update on delays and any operational issue
• Any other duties assigned by team leaders and superiors

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/NITEC in Aviation/Airport Operations or equivalent
• Comfortable with shift work arrangements
• Possess good communication skills
• Good team player
