General Worker – Construction

Requirements

Valid BCA Certificate
Previous Singapore work experience in construction
Priority given to candidates with expertise in formwork, scaffolding, rebar, or plumbing

Key Responsibilities

Clear debris, sweep the worksite, and handle construction materials
Maintain safe and organized work areas at all times
Assist with site works as instructed by the Site Supervisor
Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment safely
Strictly follow all safety regulations, including wearing required PPE
Prepare the construction area by removing obstacles and hazards
Gather and deliver materials to the construction site
Utilize machines and tools for various construction processes
Erect temporary structures such as scaffolds under supervision
Provide assistance to specialized workers and ensure safety compliance
Clean up the construction site upon job completion
Assist with demolition works and remove debris
Operate and maintain machinery in good working order
Transport materials and equipment around the construction site
Comply with all safety and building code regulations
