Geylang - Marketing (BTL/POSM) - Hybrid // $4,200 // Beverage MNC

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales and brand teams to develop and implement trade marketing strategies aimed at ensuring the commercial success of off-trade markets.
• Partner with BTL agencies to create POSM materials that align with brand and retailer guidelines. Coordinate with brand and sales teams to guarantee timely and high-quality executions.
• Perform regular market visits to observe competitor activities, share best practices, and suggest actionable plans to the marketing team.
• Review promotional activities and provide recommendations to enhance account profitability.
• Oversee monthly trade marketing budget management and maintain organized filing systems.
• Manage the Nielsen database using the Answers Platform, providing evaluations and recommendations for channel success.
• Monitor and report on volume performance by channel.
• Assist the Channel Marketing Manager in the development of annual commercial reviews and brand planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in trade marketing or a similar role is advantageous.
• *** Graduates are welcome.
• Willingness to travel within Singapore for store visits.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
