As a Student Care Coach, you will:
- Provide essential care, guidance, and support to students outside school hours.
- Create a safe, nurturing environment that promotes holistic development.
- Support students in both their academic growth and their personal well-being and development.
- Minimum 5 GCE ‘O’ levels (including English), ‘A’ levels, or a relevant Diploma.
- Training in children’s services or school-age child development.
- 3–5 years’ experience in student care or a related field.
- Passion for nurturing children’s academic, social, and emotional growth.
