Our client is a well-established private international school in the heart of Singapore, committed to delivering high-quality education in a nurturing, multicultural environment. They are seeking a proactive and hands-on Admin and Operation Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administration:
Oversee front desk, office management, student records, and documentation processes.
- Operations & Facilities Management:
Manage vendor contracts and service providers to ensure quality and compliance.
Oversee procurement processes and inventory management.
- Health, Safety & Compliance:
Ensure the school complies with all regulatory and licensing requirements (e.g., MOE, SCDF).
Maintain emergency preparedness protocols and coordinate safety drills.Uphold workplace safety standards and manage risk assessments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in operations or administration, preferably within an educational setting.
- Familiarity with Singapore regulations relevant to school operations is an advantage.
- Bilingual in Chinese and English
