SAP SD Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the implementation and ongoing support of the SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module for the group’s global energy storage business, ensuring efficient end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes across overseas operations.
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and streamline processes including sales order management, pricing, credit management, and international delivery. Design and implement SAP SD solutions aligned with best practices and industry-specific requirements (e.g., project-based delivery, long revenue cycles, cross-border logistics).
3. Configure core SD functionalities such as sales organization structures, pricing procedures, credit control, and outbound delivery processes, ensuring compliance with international tax and regulatory requirements.
4. Provide post-go-live support for overseas projects, troubleshoot system issues, and resolve business process bottlenecks in a timely manner.
5. Develop multilingual training materials and deliver end-user training to overseas subsidiaries.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, with at least 3 years of hands-on SAP SD implementation experience; prior exposure to international project delivery is preferred. Familiarity with Singapore and Southeast Asia tax and compliance frameworks is advantageous.
2. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and teamwork skills, with a high level of accountability.
3. Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese to liaise with stakeholders in mainland China.
4. Preferred: SAP SD certification and/or experience with Big Four consulting firms or leading ERP implementation partners.
