Job Description
Student Care Teacher X 2 / Macpherson
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and care for primary school students during after-school hours, school holidays, and term breaks.
- Guide students in completing their daily homework and provide academic support (especially in English, Math, and Mother Tongue).
- Plan and conduct engaging enrichment activities, games, and character-building programs.
- Manage student behavior with positivity and patience, ensuring a safe and respectful environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents and provide updates on students’ well-being and progress.
- Assist in daily operations such as mealtime supervision, attendance taking, and classroom tidiness.
- Minimum O-Level or Diploma in Education / Early Childhood / Psychology or related fields.
- Passion for working with children aged 7–12.
- Responsible, patient, and nurturing personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work during school holidays and follow MOE school calendar.
