Job responsibilities:
- Coordinate customer service and shipping requirements.
- Handle order fulfillment and liaise with warehouse and freight forwarders.
- Book, track, and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues.
- Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping documents and records.
- Update and manage data in SAP, GTS/LGP, and tracking systems.
- Ensure compliance with trade regulations and export requirements.
- Collaborate with CSR, overseas agents, and principals on shipments.
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma qualification
- Proficient in SAP system
- Knowledge and experience in shipping industry
