Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured training sessions (classroom and hands-on) in one or more of the above areas
- Guide learners through safe, compliant, and industry-relevant practices
- Conduct assessments and maintain accurate training records
- Ensure training tools and equipment are safe and operational
- Provide feedback for continuous course improvement
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes
- Rigging & Signalling
- Perform & execute critical lifting operations preparation work
- Reinstate critical lifting operations work area
- Apply codes of practice and regulations in complex rigging/signalling scenarios
- Conduct classroom and practical training for Metal Scaffolder
- Demonstrate proper scaffolding erection, alteration, inspection, and dismantling techniques.a
- Valid certifications in CSOC/ BCSS or OPSOC/OPSS are required
- A valid lifting supervisor certificate is required for Rigging & Signaling trainers
- Certified Metal Scaffold Supervisor qualification for Metal Scaffold trainers
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in the relevant technical field in the Process Industry
- No formal training experience is required
