Project Delivery and Operations Analyst

Job Description / Duties:
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and qualit standards are met
- Plan, coordinate, and track project progress with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Identify potential risks and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule
- Ensure effective communication between teams, clients, and vendors so that tasks are clearly defined and completed on time
- Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to key stakeholders
- Manage resources, assign tasks, and ensure deliverables meet clients' expectations.
- Conduct post-project reviews to assess success and define areas for improvement to development team
- Support customer onboarding, training, and troubleshooting as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to maintain satisfaction and loyalty
- Help customers understand product features and potential upgrades
Work experience/Skills required:
- Possessing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Experience in project management / delivery and operations
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe
