Market Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Market Manager to support business growth and expansion efforts across the Asia Pacific region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing market strategies, building client relationships, and supporting sales and business development initiatives.

The role may require occasional travel within the region to meet clients and support project discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Explore and develop new business opportunities in target markets
• Manage sales-related activities, including client engagement and project follow-ups
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and provide insights for business decisions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions meet customer requirements
• Support project planning and coordination with clients and stakeholders
• Track business development progress and provide regular updates to management
• Participate in occasional on-site visits to client locations for project support

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or a related field. Relevant qualifications and practical experience will be considered.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, market research, sales, or project coordination
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, or engineering principles preferred
• Experience in handling client-facing tasks, communication, and coordination across teams
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Asia for business purposes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Experience in energy, electrical, electronics, or technology-related sectors is an advantage
