Responsibilities:

  1. Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales;
  2. Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities;
  3. Responsible to maintain the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals.
  4. Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities;
  5. Manage restaurant relationships while building towards business goals;
  6. Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/ application laws;
  7. Work with internal team to ensure we are delivering top service in all areas of the business;
  8. Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration promoting and marketing the branch and its product;
  9. Meeting with customers and resolving any problems or complaints;
  10. Monitoring sales targets;
  11. Reporting to regional manager;
  12. Any other ad-hoc tasks.
