ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the overall arrival process to uphold service standards.
Support smooth seating arrangements and coordinate with relevant teams for efficient flow.
Maintain high standards of guest experience through attentive service and proactive assistance.
Facilitate special arrangements for distinguished guests as part of overall service quality.
Gather and relay feedback to management to enhance service delivery.
Contribute to operational efficiency by assisting with service-related tasks as required.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, F&B, or customer service.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
