Parts Sales & Support Engineer - Generator / 5 days / $5K

Responsibilities :

• Prepare quotations and process spare parts sales orders in SAP
• Track orders, backorders, and delivery timelines
• Coordinate with supply chain and logistics for on-time shipment
• Handle distributor and customer enquiries on pricing, availability, and delivery
• Support parts identification using manuals, BOMs, and technical documents
• Maintain pricing structure, discounts, and quotation consistency
• Support commercial negotiations with cost and lead-time inputs
• Liaise with service and engineering teams on parts validation and troubleshooting
• Assist with parts planning for maintenance, overhaul, and retrofit projects
• Monitor spare parts demand, stock allocation, and urgent requests
• Prepare reports on sales performance, backlog, KPIs, and operational risks

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in spare parts sales, aftermarket services, or customer support, preferably within the generator, heavy machinery, or industrial engine industry.
• Ability to read engineering drawings
