- Handles onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Lead employee engagement and retention strategy
- Analyse HR data and metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Provide timely communication on HR policies update to all levels of the company
- Handle employee inquiries and concerns and assist with conflict resolution.
- Assist with the planning and execution of HR projects

- Partner with HRD to create the Learning & Development framework, including HIPO talent management program for career development and succession planning
